No. We do not use AI in any capacity with user data, and we guarantee to never introduce such an ability or capacity.
We use Plaid, a popular financial data provider to obtain the transaction history for any checking and saving accounts you share with us.
No sensitive information is stored, such as full account number. Accounts and transactions are hashed to provide a unique identifier without exposing sensitive information.
You are free to update which account(s) you wish to share at any time. However, you will not be reimbursed when removing an account. You just will not be charged anymore for that account
unless you re-add it.
We use AES-256 encryption at rest for all sensitive data and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We also perform daily backups and only reserve what is necessary to provide a feature-rich and functional ledger platform.
Absolutely. We believe in data portability and you own your data. We offer report exports in CSV format, with more formats planned in the future.
Currently, we support P & L (Profit and Loss), Payroll and Expenses Reports. We are also constantly looking at adding more reports that are useful for our users.
The data sources for certain reports can also be managed at the account and/or the transaction level.
No. However, we may limit the rendered transactions to the most recent 2 years. When adding an account we capture the latest 2 years worth of transactions.
New transactions are imported every 4 hours, or when your connected bank notifies us via Plaid of any updates.
